Steve Morris was born in Liverpool in the United Kingdom and has 24 years experience in the industry. During this time he has owned his own restaurants, tutored at a Polytechnic Cooking School and held the position of Executive Chef at the new Westpac Stadium in Wellington. Steve is currently working as the hotel chef /co owner of the "Bisque on Bolton" in the Bolton Hotel, Wellington.
Steve's favourite cheap eat is Asian food and his ingredient obsession is chocolate. He is motivated by new experiences and challenges in life and his advice to future chefs is to remember the basics. In his spare time Steve is a fanatical follower of our national sport rugby. |
