Door latch - more in your grip
  • More safety: specially developed to be robust
  • Sure-shut function: close the door when your hands are full. Just give the door a light nudge.
  • Vent position: the door latch turns only a quarter of the way allowing the door to open enough to allow the hot steam to dissipate.
  • In/out function: all of Convotherm's units can be opened from the inside.
