The Waldorf 800 Series continues the tradition of bulletproof performance and dependability with a range of European inspired equipment that redefines how the ultimate kitchen should be. With an expanded range of products and features, the 800 Series can be configured to suit virtually any application.
New Waldorf 800 Series include:

Style, functionality and user-friendliness are high on the agenda for the Waldorf design team. The industry preferred 800mm depth measurement ensures efficient use of space, while the clean, consistent lines of the 800 Series provide a flatter, uninterrupted workspace when easier wipe-down and hygiene control, while streamlined surfaces make cleaning the entire cooking line a whole lot simpler.

Flexibility too, defines the 800 Series, allowing more top and bottom combinations to suit a wider range of applications. For the first time, the range includes refrigerated bases in 900mm and 1200 widths - allowing food to be cooked and stored in one place. Cooktops offer a greater degree of interchangeability by allowing open burners, hot top simmer plates and a choice of 300, 600, or 900mm griddle plates to be incorporated into the cooktop.

Not everything has changes in the 800 Series though. A full metal chassis still forms the heart of every Waldorf range. Thick gauge stainless steel is used in the construction of all units. And the superb finishing (fully welded seams and polished stainless steel surfaces) that has become the hallmark of Waldorf. This adding the touch to a range of equipment whose reputation for sturdiness and durability looks set to live on.
