Slicers

Designed for heavy-duty retail use, all models are fitted with patented long stroke operation providing superior slicing and longer blade life. All working surfaces are finished in stainless steel with last loaf cut off standard on all models. Moffat slicers are fully guarded for operator safety meeting all Australian safety regulations.

The range of slicers are mobile for easy cleaning and fitted with stainless steel slicing blades. Both compact and efficient, the Moffat range of bread slicers are supplied with comprehensive operational procedure manuals.

The Curl Flow bread slicers are fitted standard with micro-switched cleaning access doors and loaf pushers are supplied. A drop down front table for fast and efficient blade changing is a standard feature.

Designed and manufactured in Australia the Curl Flow slicer have been designed for heavy-duty use in retail and wholesale bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, and government departments. They are currently used in many countries throughout the world for specific dedicated functions.

CURL FLOW SLICER

This robust slicer can be used to slice a comprehensive range of sandwich loaves, Vienna loaves, high top loaves and various continental breads including rye, grain and fruit loaves.

The Curl Flow slicer is fitted with a variable weight pusher system designed to suit soft or crusty loaves.

A smart space saving design allows the slicer to be placed against a wall and the machine is easily fed by the operator from the front.
