Powerful stainless steel burners are the engine room of both the Waldorf 800 Series and Blue Seal Evolution Series gas Chargrills. Heavy-duty cast iron grates and radiants offer maximum heat to seal in the flavours of meat. The inclined position incorporates a flare reducing grate fin design, with grooves, to run grease into front collection channel.
