BLUE SEAL, WALDORF AND STERLEC CONVECTION OVEN
Modular Blue Seal, Waldorf and Sterlec gas and electric convection ovens are constructed around a separate, sturdy angle iron frame or chassis, allowing them to be specified in the most demanding kitchens. Stainless steel exterior panels and vitreous porcelain enamel oven liners makes cleaning easy.
Interlocking double doors open beyond 180 degrees to allow for easy access during use. Useful features such as "cook n hold" and water injection add to the capability of these powerful convection ovens.
