Jacketed Kettles

 

Crown electric jacketed kettles are supplied with a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of each unit. The jacket enclosure contains water and anti-freeze which is factory sealed. All Crown kettles are supplied in a welded satin finish, stainless steel type 304.

Crown kettles are offered as electric counter, electric tri-leg, electric pedestal and mixer kettles and the jacketing of the kettle eliminates the burning of delicate products.
