Whatever your deep-frying demands, our range of electric and gas commercial deep fryers from our range of Cobra, Blue Seal Evolution Series and Waldorf have long been recognised for the quality and performance of its fryers.

The Blue Seal Evolution Series takes this a stage further with a sleek, more streamlined deep fryer range – also available in 400, 450 or 600mm single or twin pan configurations. Gas units feature Blue Seal’s unique Vee Ray technology, incorporating patented infra-red burners for industry-leading frying output, lower-cost production and more efficient heat recovery.

Our Waldorf 800 Series commercial deep fryers cover all possibilities with a range including single or twin pan, gas, electric or High-Performance Output (HPO) fryers in 400, 450 or 600mm configurations.

Deep Fryers

Moffat offers stainless steel tanks as standard on all Blue Seal and Waldorf pan commercial deep fryers including gas, electric, single and twin pan fryers. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than mild steel that we offer a 10-year warranty against material or weld failures on our fryer tanks.

Developed over a number of years by Moffat, the infrared burner system incorporated into our gas VeeRay and FastFri fryers offers optimum operating efficiencies and high performance and output while also using less gas, lower flue temperatures and fast recovery.

Cobra deep fryers implement an open pot design and cool zones ensuring cooking oil lasts longer – making them easy to clean, even for the busiest kitchens.
