Blue Seal and Waldorf's heavy-duty gas and electric cooktops are designed to deliver top performance and reliability in any foodservice application.
 
Our range of Blue Seal and Waldorf cooktops offer simplified operation through powerful 28MJ open burners. Gas and electric cooktops are available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 burner/radiant versions and combinations of 300mm, 600mm or 900mm griddle plate options can be configured to match the bench model i.e. leg stand, cabinet or refrigerated base options.
 
Even more, view our Cobra gas cooktop range, which features a simple lift-out 22MJ rated open burners for easy cleaning, reliability and maximum performance.
