Combi Jacketed Kettles

Hackman Combi Jacketed Kettles are a basic commercial cooking kettle with an integrated industrial mixing device to assist in heat transfer to efficiently transfer heat for faster cooking times and a more even cooking process. 

A small amount of water is heated under pressure (1bar) to make steam inside a double jacket. The pressurised heat is transferred around the surface of the kettle.

Unique mixing features enable, for example, crushing of minced meat and mashing of potatoes for purees.
