Pastry Sheeters

Moffat has a full range of pastry dough sheeters from Craftsman and Paramount, designed and developed to be suitable for small patisseries and large industrial bakeries alike. All pastry sheeters are designed for simple operation and are guarded to comply with international safety standards.

Various options are available including a simple bench model with 500 - 650mm wide belts and floor-mounted models featuring either manual or semi-automatic operation. To save space all pastry sheeters can be folded for storage when not in use and floor models are supplied on wheels for easy cleaning.
