Spiral Mixers Moffat offers a full range and removable bowl mixers suitable for the smallest of bakery or pizza shop to the large wholesale bakery. All larger mixers come with a closed bowl cover which prevents flour emissions during the mixer cycle and the smaller units are protected by a steel mesh. Bowl guards are micro switched for operator safety. The special design of the spiral hook and breaker bar ensures a fast development of the dough with minimal stress.
