Divider / Rounders

Dough dividers and rounders helps every baker to perfectly and gently scale and round pieces of dough focusing on stress-free dough processing, precise weight control, flexible weight ranges of processing all different kinds of dough for production. Our range includes semi-automatic and fully automatic operation with the selection of manual and variable speed models for increased throughput.
 
Designed specifically for heavy-duty retail use, all dividers, rounders and moulders sold by Moffat are covered by our comprehensive 12-month parts and labour warranty. The design of the various models ensures both durability and general long life event in the heaviest applications.

Rounders

Rounders are designed specifically for commercial bakeries. An oscillating motionis used to round up the cut pieces of dough so that the dough begins to take the shape and form of a bread roll, ready to be placed straight in the oven for baking.
